About Me

I am a senior level management professional with my most recent experience focused on setting strategic and operational direction for technology, creative, and product development and delivery needs. Working as part of a management team to help set company and product strategy as well as growth goals from startup to current and future states. My focus and my passion has been on understanding the customer needs, business needs, and market opportunities, then implementing the key organization structures, culture, skills, processes, and the technical and creative solutions for our products to be successfully delivered to customers and/or for internal business use.

I have extensive hands on experience in strategic planning, team leadership, agile product and project management, technology evaluation and selection, creative direction, visual design, user interface and user experience design, information architecture, taxonomies, usability testing, digital publishing, content management, and software development for web/cloud-based systems that are used in screen/device responsive browser based environments.
